Victoria is prim and proper but still knows how to have fun - especially with that strawberry skirt made from a vintage hand towel! Her shirt is made from a beautiful white handkerchief trimmed with vintage lace, ribbon and a handmade vintage flower. Victoria's leggings are a wonderful vintage repro fabric. Her hair and shoes are painted with 3-dimensional paint and her face is embroidered.
